  • Wear proper breathable clothes : Gym attire is linked to casual attire, but there’s a line. Breathability depends on the type of the fabric that you don. Wear proper breathable clothes as they can help in fanning away your sweat to keep your comfortable.

  • Avoid Oversized clothing : Wear loose fitting clothes but not in such a way that they give you a sloppy look.  Wear proper sized comfortable clothes to gain the proper attitude for workouts.

  • Say no-no to previously worn outfits : Remember to wash your outfits once you have worn them. It’s much more hygienic (for yourself and others) to opt for a fresh outfit per gym session. 


  • Lack of towel is equal to lack of manners : Again, hygiene is of the utmost importance. Leaving a sloppy mess as evidence of your epic workout is rude and inconsiderate. Remember to take a small towel with you as they give the apparatus a quick wipe down for the next guy.
